Annie, Alex, and I have returned from our annual pilgrimage to the New Jersey Shore. Alex was a little less willing than MacArthur to get his feet wet in the surf, but he had a great time splashing in the pool with his cousins and just chilling with a snack in a beach chair (above). At the Boardwalk, Alex indulged both of his major obsessions: cars (below) and jumping (on a trampoline; far below).
As promised earlier, Art Blog By Bob will resume regular programming on Monday, August 18th. Here’s hoping that everyone’s taken time to enjoy their Summer and is ready for another great fall season of new art exhibitions and new art books.
