One Thousand Thanks

This site passed 1,000 visits last night, as you can see from the Site Meter over at the right. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to drop by and listen to my ramblings. William Blake’s Glad Day (above) embodies my joy that this venture has lasted almost 2 months now and that people other than myself may be edified and even entertained by it all.

It’s been an interesting cross-section of humanity that’s come through the series of tubes we know as the Internet to my humble abode. Readers from North and South America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East have visited in the short time this blog has been live. Even a visitor from Halliburton’s darkened halls has taken a gander. (Conspiracy theorists, start your search engines!)

In the grander web scheme of things, 1,000 is a meager number, but it’s still a nice round number to look at and take the time to thank everyone who’s been reading so far. Also, it’s a great opportunity to remind everyone to feel free to comment at will or drop me a line at ArtBlogByBob@hotmail.com. Any day that I can meet and discuss art with someone new is a glad day indeed.

Again, one thousand thanks!
